- Do not reverse engineer or circumvent security measures except where expressly allowed by law.
- Automated scraping or abusive traffic is prohibited without prior written consent.

Content on this site (text, design, logos where applicable, and media) belongs to Daniel Mora or is used under license unless otherwise noted. Third-party logos and trademarks (including Meta and TikTok marks) belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daniel Mora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Aggregate liability arising from these terms shall not exceed the greater of one hundred euros (€100) or the amount you paid me for the specific affected service in the twelve months preceding the claim (unless mandatory law provides otherwise).
Third-party links and services
The Services may link to third-party sites or rely on Meta, TikTok, or other APIs. I am not responsible for third-party practices; review their policies before using their products.
Termination
I may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Provisions intended to survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) continue after termination.
