This Privacy Policy describes how Daniel Mora (“we”, “me”, or “I”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use daniel-mora.com and related applications or integrations that rely on Meta (Facebook) Platform APIs or TikTok developer APIs.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to visitors of this website and, where stated, to users of software or integrations I operate that connect to Meta or TikTok services.
Information we may collect
- Website usage. Standard server or hosting logs may include IP address, approximate location, browser type, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Communications. If you contact me (for example by email), I process the contents of your message and your contact details to respond.
- Data from Meta or TikTok. When you authorize an app that uses Meta or TikTok OAuth, Meta or TikTok may share identifiers and permitted profile or content-related data according to your permissions and their policies. I only request data needed for stated app features.
How we use information
- To operate and improve this website and any linked applications.
- To authenticate you and deliver features you have authorized via Meta or TikTok.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect security.
Legal bases (EEA / UK)
Where GDPR applies, processing is based on: your consent where required (for example OAuth approvals); contractual necessity where you use my services; and legitimate interests in operating secure, reliable websites and integrations, balanced against your rights.
Sharing and processors
I do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. and affiliated companies, when your use involves Meta APIs—subject to Meta’s Terms and Policies.
- TikTok and its service providers when your use involves TikTok APIs—subject to TikTok’s developer and user policies.
- Infrastructure providers (for example hosting on Vercel or similar), solely to operate the site and services.
Retention
I retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. OAuth tokens or API-related data are refreshed or deleted when no longer necessary for the product.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Data deletion instructions
To disconnect an integration that uses Meta or TikTok, open your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or TikTok account settings and remove app access according to each platform’s instructions. To request deletion of personal data processed by Daniel Mora in connection with a specific app or integration, email damorasoler@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and the name of the app or product.
Cookies
This site is lightweight and may use only essential cookies or similar technologies required for hosting or security. Third-party integrations you load in your browser may set their own cookies according to their policies.
Children
My services are not directed at children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
International transfers
